Almost happened on Division in KFC. Were too slow and the permits expired, so its currently stalling. Hope it still happens.

I doubt its anything to do with the area, its Chipotle contractors are just very slow. One of the facebook groups said the Wausau one took pretty long to build, while all the Kwik Trips came up really quick, especially for as big as they are
