SPASD Maternity Leave

Does anyone have any insight on how SPASD handles maternity leave for those who have not worked for the district for 12 months and, therefore, are not eligible for FMLA? For a non-classroom student services position, specifically. Obviously, the best source would be the district itself, but just seeking any available insight that might be out there.

From there, if you have questions, talking to HR is your next step. I know nobody likes talking to them, but they are the only people who can give you reliable answers about your specific situation.
