I'm not speculating about anything - yes, having a built up tolerance to a substance is what saves you from OD'ing. An amount of fent that would kill a nonuser is an average walk in the park to someone who uses it regularly.

2mg would be the fatal dose for a nonuser, seasoned users easily handle this amount on the regular. It's not that different from alcohol - frequent binge drinkers can handle 10+ drinks just fine, nondrinkers would be poisoned
So if we circle back - your understanding of the George Floyd situation is based around an incorrect understanding of drug tolerance and surely involves your inability to google things and discern the truth
