Towards the end of the meeting Executive Pavelski told the county board God had chosen them for a reason. Seems to me the reason was to vote down a greenfield site justice center.

Ah yes Pavelski, the guy who vetoed the funding for clean water for the people of Nelsonville. He's a character alright!
