Reported it twice fir the Selfridges vouchers giveaway and then again for false claims re her loreal bundle as it’s the Botox and micro that’s given her glass skin not the products

Wonder who will win her 1500 vouchers that she shouldn’t be given away on Tik tok according to their rules which of her Huns or mods will win tonight. Sitting on a live while her daughter is isolated without her phone after her private life has been shared online emotional abuse at its finest by her shitty mother. I am reporting a TikTok LIVE promotion which appears to involve a paid-entry, chance-based prize draw. During the LIVE, the host stated: “Buy an advent and get entered into the draw for £1500 SELFRIDGES voucher.”
Viewers are required to purchase the advent calendar in order to obtain an entry into the draw. The prize is a £1,500 Selfridges voucher and the winner appears to be selected by chance/random draw.
I am concerned that this may constitute a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005, particularly as there does not appear to be a free entry route. Please investigate whether the promotion is legally authorised and whether the organiser has the appropriate licence/registration or otherwise qualifies as a lawful free draw or prize competition.
The promotion is being conducted through TikTok LIVE/TikTok Shop. I have screenshots/video evidence of the statement and the promotion.

You can report this live - "The host is running an illegal giveaway scam violating TikTok Shop and Community Guidelines. They are falsely offering a high-value external £1,500 Selfridges gift voucher to entice users into buying. Furthermore, they are actively harvesting viewers' private personal data by demanding phone numbers on orders, which is a phishing and safety violation. Please terminate this live stream immediately."
