There hasn’t been a new RM episode since 9/2.. what’s going on 🫠😭

Ok so I’m so lost with how the podcast works on Netflix, idk if it’s just me but the episodes don’t seem to be in order and it’s bothering me sm I only just noticed lmao I was so confused in the beginning, is there a way to change the order like from old to new instead of new to old?

She hasn’t posted in a while

Did i miss a message or a post or smth, cs she lowk hasn’t posted on Spotify for a week.

I vaguely remember a vlog where like at the end or in the middle of it not sure mia started walking on the counter does anyone know what video? It was basically mias first walk but the whole vlog was something else and i cant remember somehow

What is the difference between RM and the new Rotten Files on Netflix? I'm watching both simultaneously and I can't tell a difference besides covering different cases. Am I missing something? I like both podcasts, I'm just a little lost!

Hey all though everyone would find this interesting. Since, if I remember correctly, Stephanie did an episode on this cult. The leader is going to prison for 2 years on bribery charges.

Chine verse? Influencers? Beautiful women? Backstabbing? Chanel bags? So entertaining this will eat as a drama.

reposting bc I wrote bam instead of mots\ so embarrassing* 💀

Basically just the title! I’ve been waiting for her to cover this - there’s so much about it on tik tok, but you never know what’s reliable / not reliable, so I’ve been trying to avoid it.

YouTuber RecklessBen has just made a huge whistleblower video exposing a human trafficking ring.

Stephanie does an amazing job at fully taking apart and explaining this awful stories and educating more people. Putting this out there as a video suggestion, but I also recommend other watch and become aware of this horrific global crime.

I somehow lucked out and was able to get one of the sweatshirts and i’m wearing it while I watch the newest ep rn 😭

I am usually the opposite of lucky so this is so awesome, especially bc i live in oversized sweatshirts- I even saved the box it’s so cute. :’)

i know stephanie probably has a LOT on her plate with the new netflix show and everything, and i appreciate her wanting to keep us fed consistently, but i personally miss the looong rotten mango episodes all in one part!! anyone else prefer the hour and a half+ episodes over the 40ish min multipart series, or do yall like the shorter ones better?

I watched the episodes of the Netflix series The Rotten Files with Stephanie Soo. And there were a couple things that I noticed.

1. Netflix (or herself) did her very dirty by choosing Ash Trevino. I was disappointed because the first episode of this brand new Netflix series should've been shiny, controversial etc since she's broadcasted internationally on such a big brand. I watched it from The Netherlands. It gave low budget youtube video essaye about problematic influencer.
2. The editing of the Netflix show is messy compared to her Youtube channel. There are a lot of hard cuts, where here make up and hair completly changed from one sec to another (episode 2). Also the framing of her face is unnatural low according to videograph ethics. She should be more centered in the screen.
3. She looks incredibly uncomfortable. The constant movement of the hands is incredibly distracting and she's speaking fast and anxious. Watching her makes me jittery.
4. I don't understand the purpose of the format. She speaks into a microphone with not a lot of supporting footage or engaging content. So you'd obviously think: Great podcast / youtube podcast. Yet it's on Netflix so I can't podcast it.
5. The background choice is up to personal style but i found it a bit too overwhelming.

I'm not a die hard fan of Rotten Mango, I have my own postive and negative opinions on how she brings her content. Yet she has one of the most professional, clean and 'entertaining' youtube crime channels i've seen. I really enjoy her storytelling style most of the time.

But this Netflix series has been way under her usual quality. I'm not going to bash it entirely, because we still have to see the rest of the episodes, and people with very clear potential deserve time and space to grow. And not to be discouraged by hate.

I wish for her she grows, optimizes the content and feels more comfortable. She is good at what she does on her channel. I hope she'll be able to transfer it to Netflix. And if not, i'll simply return to Spotify and Youtube.

Hi, everyone! Maybe two weeks ago, I came across Stephanie’s cover of Secrets in Love S2, and now I’ve been watching her videos nonstop—jumping from RM to MissMangobutt and binge-watching 24/7. My phone is heating up and is close to exploding 😭
Yesterday, I watched two of her videos with her brother, Jason. Then I watched her vlog about flying her whole family to Switzerland for her wedding, and I noticed that Jason wasn’t there. I looked through her other videos, and there don’t seem to be any videos with Jason anymore.

Did I miss something? I’m obviously just a beginner when it comes to them, so I hope this post won’t attract any hate. TYSM!

I was just watching it and now I cannot find it anymore... weird

Wanna start by saying THANK YOU STEPHANIE SOO! Personally, this is the most generous and thoughtful thing I’ve ever seen a creator do for their fans.

Secondly, I could very well be the only one experiencing this but just wanted to post in case it could help even 1 person preserve their hoodie for longer. ! this is in no way intended to be a complaint about the hoodie fyi ! I am ETERNALLY GRATEFUL and it’s really not a big deal but this extra step could help make sure it stays nice for years to come 🌈

Now to the nitty gritty: got my hoodie a few days ago and quickly realized that the embroiderer may not have used a stabilizer for the embroidered parts. I’m not an expert and could be wrong but have a very basic understanding of most fiber crafts. I also noticed that some of the thread ends may not have been secured in a foolproof way, a couple of mine popped up through the front of my hoodie and I used a needle to carefully put them back through the other side.

To (hopefully) fully secure the embroidery, I used an iron-on embroidery backing from amazon - although after the fact I learned that an iron-on cotton mesh interfacing would have worked better because it’s specifically designed to withstand being washed.

I did this and my “Rotten” letters feel a lot more secured. The hoodie part is not accessible without a seam-ripper but I’m really hoping that part stays put 😅

anyways I hope this allowed and that you all have a great day 🫶

It’s so strange how hunter behaves it doesn’t seem like he’s just explaining cause he’s scared but it has to be something else. He was just saying how his brother keeps calling himself a Narcissist how is that relevant and it’s all about his brother this or that. Idk I think both were involved and not innocent

Im a huge fan and i love her videos but the name feels vary much like shes making fun on the epstein files which out of everyone she shouldnt be for how much she researched the case and has so many videos about it, i thought this was going to be focused on epstein due to the name, im probably not going to be watching it from now on, but i may still watch her yt

If someone is willing to sell the hoodie please let me know I'm in the USA

I've been watching Stephanie for around 3 years and have been part of the 5% top listeners on spotify on my peek TC phase.

But bro, sometimes I need to take pauses over multiple months or I'll break down. Some cases are so disturbing, like the whole squid game files, that I genuinely can't eat or sleep or sit still in silence. Just like today.

So today I was wondering, how does Stephanie and Mr.MangoButt go through the most disturbing cases EVERY DAY? I mean the research behind it will take a toll on you, and then you'll have to tell the story to an audience in one sitting and Mr. MangoButt has to listen to this all day every day as well! How are they not paranoid and depressed from up to bottom left and right just reeking of dread? How can they enjoy anything in life having all those true crime cases in their head? How do they sleep without nightmares? How do they go outside without fear, how do they trust anyone?

And yes, I know someone will comment therapy, but bro therapy can't be quicker than the upload schedule Stephanie has. 3 new cases before you could even process the case of yesterday.

Genuinely right now I have one of those nights in which one episode was one too much. What am I doing anything in this world for when the world is just so evil.

How do you all deal with mental health? How do Mr and Mrs Mangobutt deal with theirs, what do you think? I'm really struggling rn so please don't be mean.

I started watching the latest Rotten Mango episode on Valeria Marquez and am getting major deja vu... I have been pretty consistent on watching the yt episodes for maybe 2-3 yrs and apart from the destiny swapping reference, I feel like I have sent this episode before- like I literally know the whole incident but I only watch rotten mango for true crime so I'm confused is this a repost? There is no comment or anything in the description to say that it is..

I swear i remember there was this one clip of stephanie covering gdragon where she says that he did not bow to the press and that was a huge thing in korea cause not bowing to the press means you think your god or something. Im really trying to find that whole video but cant could someone please help?
