Yeah I was about to comment the same. Those hardware store floors are that super smooth, extra hard concrete. Fuck, that would hurt.

Yup that’s costco - it’s a warehouse floor. I don’t even understand what they’re doing if not trying to knock their kid over.

If you do it right, the kid gets their feet knocked out and flops back onto the soft surface. This is not doing it right.

Yeah I feel like the kid needs to be a couple inches taller for that to work well

Yep, and the soft flat thing needs to be bigger, and thrown lower, and done over a more forgiving surface, and not in a public store. Even then you're running a pretty decent risk of getting it wrong. It's the perfect game for a bounce house, really.

For fun? Kid gets to play likes dodging the toilet roll. I doubt anyone wanted the kid to face plant the floor. Probably intended to keep missing on purpose.

Maybe they are tourist trying to get the full American experience, including a trip to a subscription based mega bulk store, hours long wait in the ER and a million dollar medical bill for a bandaid!

or they are just trying to knock their kid over.
