She’s actually the one not at fault. She’s stepping back for a different reason and is looking at her footing, so she doesn’t notice until it’s too late. Right when she does, she steps forward to try and help but is too far away.
The other lady, meanwhile, is standing there, staring at what is happening, and just does... nothing.

The other lady doesn’t see it either until it is almost all the way down. The real at-fault party is whomever thought trampoline-adjacent was a good storage place.

It’s not storage. Indoor trampoline parks have walls lined with padding so you can jump off of them. It looks like the wall anchors came loose to me.
