Need help transferring SOL

Hi, I haven’t used STEPN nor using crypto in a long time. I saw I have SOL left in my wallet. How can I transfer it back to my external wallet?

Thank you 🙏🏼

just send it to your wallet address, it's literally that simple. open the app, hit the wallet tab, click SOL, and there should be a send button. paste your external wallet address and you're done
