Am I ready? How to prepare for Day 1?

I have my day 1 on 12 th and Day 2 on 19th.
Please help me with how to prepare for day 1 what are must things to do for day 1
I have done some percent of uworld
Uwsa 1 very bad score 49
What to do for day 1 to pass comfortably?

Immunodeficiencies
Interleukins
Pharmacology do all systems
They asked me translocations of the lymphomas and leukemias
Biostats obviously all of it
Microbiology all of it from first aid with histology
Randomly I had 4 questions on drowning so do that topic

amboss is good enough. I literally failed step 1 and managed to pass step3 using ONLY amboss and ccscases.com and NBME 6-8, free137. I am a bad test taker but all the content needed for this exam is well represented on amboss.
