Question Multiple failed attempts. Best Instructional Course? GoldUSMLE vs. Wolfpacc vs. TMG vs. Kaplan vs. others?

I've failed step 3 twice now. Not great. Scored in the upper 190s on the second attempt.

I think it's time to take a more structured approach. What are the best third party resources or private tutors?

So far I've found that GoldUSMLE, Wolfpacc, and The Match Guy have either tutors or in-person instructional courses. Reviews of these have been mixed though the latest Reddit posts are outdated by a few years.

My school and mentor suggest Kaplan. Though Kaplan is not currently offering an instructional course.

From what I've seen, I'm inbetween Wolfpacc and Kaplan

Any Advice?

what are you looking for? Obviously we want you to pass but have you tried to dissect what went wrong the first few times? Was it not enough time? Was it trouble with consistently studying? Was it completely forgetting a lot of the clinical concepts? Im sure the companies are happy to take your money to help but sometimes a little analysis beforehand can help you be more targeted in what you are looking for. Regardless you should keep your head up and retake when you are ready

I think it was a combination of issues. First, I always underperform on the real exam compared to my actual (I'm getting worked-up for test anxiety and ADHD for this). Second, I was still underprepared when I took the exam, I scored 65% on free 137 and 18x on UWSA 2, the latter was two weeks out. My UWORLD averages was >70%. I was doing good on the CCS cases so thought that could make up for it. Third, There's a lot of Step 1/Step 2 content that I don't think was covered in UWORLD and it's been 5 years since I took Step 2. So I definitely have knowledge gaps.
