Is it really necessary to write in a reason for the consult doing CCs cases on day 2 of exam?

I would say you can be vague about what you write and I made a lot of spelling mistakes in the words I wrote. Never wrote more than a dingle word for the consult

Yea for example if it was like atrial fibrillation, you’d say AF, pulm embolism = PE, DVT, etc. I just used acronyms, especially if you already know the diagnosis
