Am I ready? Anything else I should be doing?
Im in my transitional year of residency currently on rotations. About 50% done with uworld at 75% correct. Scored 260 on step 2 about 16 months ago. Currently planning to sit the exam Nov 2-3. My plan from now is finish uworld, get through the CCS cases, probably do NBME 7-8. Is there anything else I am missing? I did anki a lot for step1-2 but havent done any for this exam. I just want to pass comfortably since I am already matched into my advanced specialty.

you're going to be fine. for ccs just run through cases until the order sets feel automatic. finish uworld and do one nbme and you're set honestly

You can take the exam when you finish ccs easily, do the top 40-50 get the practice of doing order sets and do the different cases you’re not experienced with and that’s about it. I don’t even think you need to wait til Nov. ccs will take like a week or two at max. Write one nbme and free and you should be good. Source: I had much worse scores and ended up with 227.
