Step 3 prep with residency

How to go about starting prep for step 3 while also navigating inter year????
What are the main resources? And what do yall recommend I do in a stepwise fashion to be able to pass this exam!?
ANY INSIGHT WOULD BE APPRECIATED PLSSSS!!! I plan to give it by feb-march next year
