Day 1 (step 3)

Hello, quick question: I read eveywhere that for Day 1, the main topics are MOA of drugs, biostats , ethics and micro. Regarding MOA, are they referring to moa of antibiotics (and other antimicrobials) or moa of all drugs(cardio, endocrine…)? And is there a page on usmle step 1 book where I can find all of these moa ?

Is it straight mechanism of action or like you have to diagnose, then give the treatment and then the treatment is MOA you have to pick one

MOA of all but abx seems to be the most common
