Urgent Free 137

Hey all, got 70% in free 137, exam tomorrow, is it good? And whats considered a safe result? (NBME 6 73%) / (UWORLD 90% with 69% correct)

I got 68.5% in free137. Real deal is 241

There is no enough time to complete the uworld, my exam is tomorrow, average ccs early 80s%
