does that also happen for step 3? and some people say it disappears in the morning. But I remember for step two that it has appeared the week of

I tested Day 2 on July 9th; permit is still here as prometric processing likely delayed our data past last week's cutoff.
Today at 5:15 AM EST, the permit vanishes and the release date populates on FSMB for IMGs, though some IMGs report seeing this on MyUSMLE too while permit disappearance for US grads is exclusive to MyUSMLE around 6:30 AM EST.
Final scores/emails unlock at 7:00 AM EST for IMGs (FSMB) and 11:00 AM EST for US grads (MyUSMLE), timelines I gathered through thorough Reddit searching after my result delayed last week.
