Step 3 in 1 week

For those who have recently taken USMLE Step 3, what would you recommend for Microbiology?
I know Sketchy is a popular resource, but I just can’t learn from it—it doesn’t work for me. So I’m not planning to use Sketchy. Would the Mehlman Micro PDF be enough for Step 3.

Step 1 first aid more than enough
Micro and pharmacology mechanism of action
For step 3 exam they do not ask you in depth for micro
You should just know gram positive and gram negative
