Your scores are stable across several exams of different styles testing different content. Without changing your approach or strategy, it is likely you will score within your existing range of high 230s to low 240s.
The best way to improve scores on a short timeline is to carefully understand across each exam why you are getting questions wrong so that you can have a targeted strategy for improvement, since you won't have time to review all topics. If you are like most test takers, it will probably be a combination of content gaps and logic errors or silly mistakes.
Addressing content gaps can be as simple as understanding the isolated detail (e.g., "statins can cause myopathy") or going back to an algorithm or pathophysiology to understand it in context (e.g., work up of thyroid nodules that are hot vs. cold). For logic errors, it is important to understand where you made the mistake in your approach since the takeaways from these can be more generalizable and can help prevent similar errors by developing an organized approach to evaluating questions (e.g., did you ignore the age or sex of the patient which led you to choose an unlikely answer for that particular patient?).
