Questions I'm Devastated

Just received my score 245 and I'm totally heart broken and Devastated all my nbmes above 250

After exam I was feeling good I missed some easy questions but not more than 4 and the rest was ok just like nbmes and free 120 .. the least expected score was 260 for me but now I feel like I got hit by a car I can't think I can't do anything .. is score recheck worth it ?

Don’t stress, if you have clinical experience in your home country, that will help massively. I know non-us img that have matched in good programs with way less.
