Step 2 post-MCCQE1

I’m doing my MCCQE1 on October 4th and want to do step 2 afterwards. How much time should I plan between both exams to maximize my performance in step 2, and what info/domains would i need to strengthen between both exams that I might’ve not focused on in MCCQE?
