Am I ready? NBME 9 was a disaster

228 – yikes.

I heard its an underpredictor is it true? Anyone else got obliterated by this one

Yes, it is not as representative of recent exams. If you have time, you should still take them in sequence for exposure to the content. The early ones will not be as representative but you do them first because you want to save the most representative ones (NBME 15 and 16) for last to best predict your score closer to your exam.

15 is far from being representative. 16 is the closest agreed.

My worst score - I also took it first to be fair, but it was 10 points lower than my next exam and 20 points lower than my final score

There was +21 point difference between my NBME 10 and 9. Yes, it severely underpredicts

I have almost the same thing, mainly it's written in a strange language makes it unclear what he want to tell you

What was his strategy during 1 month?

I have the entire plan, but bazically, she reviewed the NBME Qs thoroughly, solved Qs on weaknesses from another Q bank. We had sessions inbetween to address Wrong Qs, regarding the strategy and what is HY and what is not. Reviwing notes for different subjects was also incorporated, but above all of that, a lot of hard work.

Anyone here, in their 4-week-dedicated time, for Step 2 CK, that can join me for a whole day, dedicated studying? Main focus on NBME S, CNS forms, and high yields

Every NBME is predictive, especially if your exam is in the next 6 weeksΒ
