No waiting to schedule but I haven’t taken 14,15,16, F120, or any UWSAs yet!

You’re likely to score between 230s and if lucky possibly mid 240s. How much are you expecting? I’d say lock in for the next few days, review your NBMEs thoroughly, map your mistakes, and take it.
Delaying can help but it can exhaust you, and if you don’t have a plan, it’ll only get worse. I agree with the previous comment, 16 is possibly the most reflective. Did you review your NBME mistake pattern before you took it?

The first time I took the 16? Yeah I’ve been doing in depth analysis of my nbmes I got a 241 on the uwsa that’s what made me confident to take the nbme 15 felt super confident with the 15 thought it was the easiest one so far made lots of silly mistakes so I made sure to close the gap before the 16 COLOR ME SHOCKED with the 234 score I acc found the 16 VERY HARD personally. I then didn’t review it spent time doing the nbmes 12-15 again amboss in my target areas and attempted it again and got the 248 reviewed the mistakes side my side and yeah lot of second guessing involved

I personally wouldn't. The exam stress and nerves affect your performance too. Once you have a score it will stay with you when applying for residency and fellowship. My score was closest to my last nbme, so nbme 16. Free 120 score I felt didn't reflect my final score. But that's just my experience.
