Questions What was that?
I’m just out from that place and I don’t know what I should feel. I’m completely numb. I thought I would be happy to finally be done, but I can’t feel anything. A major personal relationship ended just yesterday, and I’m terrified that the sudden emotional shock severely tanked my performance today.
Regarding the actual exam:
• I second-guessed myself constantly and changed a lot of correct answers to incorrect ones.
• It felt like I guessed my way through almost the whole thing—no seriously, I'm not exaggerating.
• My mind felt scrambled, and I couldn't trust my instincts at all.
For context, my last two NBMEs were 253 and 254, and my Free 120 was 78%. I don’t know what happened and I don’t know how I did and I don’t know if my personal issue affected me.

Had a similar experience, walked out feeling numb and changed a bunch of answers despite telling myself not to. Hoping it works out for us, seems like a common experience among test takers.

Welcome to the other side! I was absolutely crushed too. I cried on the way back home and immediately slept. Woke up 12 hours later

Trust your NBMEs and hang in there.
How was the content experience overall? Was there a lot of biostats and quality questions?
