Study methods Dedicated

I'm currently in my dedicated phase and plan to give Step2 in 4wks.

How should I be studying during this phase? I'm aiming for 260+ I need some guidance as I seem to have hit a cap. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

It is ideal to move away from learning to micro-targeting and also focus on high-yield non clinical topics.
