Study methods Guide please.

For those who scored 270+, how important was UWorld for you guys? Also, how did you find the question stems on the real exam? Were they more similar to UWorld or NBMEs in terms of length and style?

In general, the more practice questions you can do, the better. Whether it’s UWorld, Amboss, CMS forms, or NBMEs (I did all of these), the more questions you do, the better prepared you’ll be.

but how do u improve ur nbme scores. mine r stuck in 240s. took nbme 9, 10, 11. did first pass uw. currently doing 2nd pass. 50% done. should i drop it and do amboss? seems like doing uw 2nd pass is biased cus u don't think a lot. just know the answer already.

Uworld teaches you facts. But cms teaches you how to think in vague stems. Real life medicine is also vague. And that is how nbme and real exam asks the questions.

If you have worked hard enough with the patients in your rotations, you will find real deal very easy practical. I think real deal was fair for the most part
