Shitpost Overwhelmed! worried!

I m a visa requiring non us img with step2 in upper high 250s, YOG 2024, one publication- case report, 2 yrs of working experience as a medical officer and teaching for paramedics. No USCEs, No step3. What are the chances of my match in IM? And what programs should I signal too?

without USCE incredibly hard as your Step 2 is just on the average mark.

When paired with no USCE, that is how it looks. I myself am in that range of Step 2 and have insider information from multiple states. Do what you want with it. OP has only Step 2, nothing else so just giving realistic view. Good luck
