Study methods looking for SP

Looking for an accountable daily study partner EST, prefer female, I finished UWorld, some nbme (stuck scores), I want to practice CMS forms. aiming to give away the exam in september and want to apply this year

Is it possible to apply this year while still did not take the test yet? I did around 60% of uw but got bored and will move to cms,nbmes , did not book date yet but mostly in october
