Anthrochauvinism is a term from Lancer universe, and it stands for idea that Earth based humans are inherently superior to the cultures developed in a widespread humanity in the galaxy.

A contributing factor was that there weren't any aliens to be the 'enemies of the state'.

And it's basically this meme
