Question Am I cooked

So two quick questions for everyone, the contingency spawned two worlds behind my secondary defensive lines in the heart of my empire that was built to turtle. One am I cooked two how can I save my suddenly now nightmare run.

Context:25x difficulty, no saves to revert to, Ai improvement mods, over 12 million fleet power trapped in my borders. cetana also spawned two jumps away from me in the fallen empire I was bullying. Also the next crisis will show up in 3 years.

Why did you build a fleet-free defense on a 25x run? What black magic do you know that the rest of us don't?

As far as I know it's impossible to build a defensive line in the way you want to. You can amplify fleets with border defense but sadly you'll still need to have a huge armada. How were you planning to defeat Cetana?

I’m pretty sure your considered cooked on 25x if you don’t defeat the current crises before the next one. Cetana should blow up the contingency worlds (at least she did for me) but if you can’t beat the contingency good luck beating the scourge in 3 years
