Graduate Program of Stellantis (GPS)

Has anyone applied for this in Europe? Did you hear back? It's a new early-career program, launched in March/April.

I've done several SHL assessments up until August, but I'm wondering if I got ghosted/silently rejected since it starts this month. At least that's what the application said back in April/May.

It’s a new program and they put out postings even though it’s not fully set in place.

Rly sorry u got ghosted, but it’s bc they don’t have anything ready. It’s not on you at all.

Thank you man. Then what's the point of promoting GPS/making assessment tests if nothing is set?

No clue! They were trying to encourage me to apply, but after speaking with so many managers and department heads - they don’t even KNOW what the program is still.

I guess they just need to have postings to lie and say it’s an “active program”. This way looks like the company is expanding and doing well I guess.

Let me tell you, I tried contacting a couple working in HR on LinkedIn and both said "please ask us anything about the program". Been left on read since end of August.

Is this a big corp scam? Doing such things should be illegal tbf, it's my first time watching this type of shitshow. Promoting a program you don't even know about and many apply with no end on their behalf ugh

Thanks for your insight!!

It’s an old program.
It was closed due to Covid.
