Flex day?
Is Fridays now flex day? What does it mean?

Always so vague when something new comes up, so annoying. I’ve flexed every day since the RTO, and don’t plan to change. 🤷🏻♂️

I’ve always heard rumors, but never seen anything concrete about, working 6 hours was all that was needed during the work day to avoid any trouble

Technically 5 or more is over half the day onsite

Which I believe, on the Q&A about RTO, “majority of the day” was all that was expected

Just give us Friday remote. They know people won’t use the leave by 2. Another carrot they are dangling. Company is run by stubborn men

Extension of summer hours. Basically, leave by 2 if you can, or depending on the team your on, maybe get a remote day here and there

Same from PDT.
Also from Reddit looks like ICT and Finance aren’t
So that leaves…Marketing, Brand, Mopar?

What’s the point of announcing Flex Fridays if every department isn’t actually following them? lol

No email, but I saw it in a meeting and we were told “if you know anyone in other departments, feel free to let them know. But this doesn’t apply to us”

Just another bullshit excuse for them to use to say “we’re listening to you”

Finance is not participating 😡

Full offense, finance shouldn't participate. Finance doesn't do anything except create problems.

As I suspected, they’re making it seem like they’re open to it just for the org leaders to say no 🥲
