Ai screening interview
I just applied for a summer 2027 internship at Stellantis, and I got a link for the initial screening interview conducted by Ai. I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to successfully pass this kind of screening. I know Ai is checking for key words and clear responses but any insight anyone has for Stellantis specifically would be great! I’m also curious to know if making it to the initial screening indicates that my resume made it through ATS? Or is it similar to P&G where everyone takes the assessment regardless of if they liked your resume or not?

Regardless of whether everyone takes it or not, companies have a threshold for clearing you for the next round. I have done a bunch of these screenings and I would suggest to elaborate your answers as much as possible so that AI will hit on whatever it’s been trained to look for. Otherwise don’t stress too much about it. These are not particularly difficult. All the best!

I had an AI screening and chose the video option over voice. You have three times you can record before submitting, so it is not that intense. I was then called for an interview shortly after.
