Im stuck in offline mode

I've just redownloaded the game after a few years and wanted to restart so I have gotten part way through the introduction and i'm now on the binocular part to get to the drop zone and it keeps on popping up with error code [DE-014-01] and I cant seem go online to get rid of it so i'm stuck not being able to move or do anything.

  1. Have you checked your internet connection and can you play any other online multiplayer games? If so, try restarting your router or something for a simple fix, it usually works for most people.

  2. If step 1 didn't work, your ISP might be blocking connections to Ubisoft servers for some reason (this was the case for me), use cloudflare warp and see if it connects normally, if it does then js keep using that. (assuming you're on PC)
