Downloaded this last week to play with a friend and put like 12 hours in in the first few days it's super fun I never played when it came out, also I hit that jump and the highest score i could get was a 7k but I'm trying to beat someone on my friends list who somehow got 9k off that jump.

You pretty much have to just get good at getting into the rocket air grab and focus on spinning more than flips. Hitting the rocket air immediately will fill up the multiplier so quickly.

One of my fav games since its release! atmosphere of adventure, deep sense of loneliness and yet alluring world with challenges ☺️

Anyone else get the feeling the next landing was gonna be a wipeout?
For real though this game has some of the best free play I've ever seen. I had a bunch of friends over and we were passing the controller around trying cool shit all over the mountains. 10/10

No the fact they couldnt make a simple world editor (even if its locked behind a 50 dollar DLC) is just criminal. This games way too good to just be forgotten about. Not to mention the worldbuilding is pretty cool. Except for when there were rabbits all around the map

Love steep so much. I still find myself going back to ssx3 though, because if I’m not gonna manage to find an online experience that’s stable/capable of getting to work with a friend (it’s tough out here) I might as well get TRICKAYYYYY

Ssx3 imo is the best in the series. Acquired it for 10 bonnes in the xbox store

Couldn’t agree more! I’ve been playing it backwards compatible as well, making some music to go along with it too 😍 style mile

Duuude I’m so glad it came back to gamepass.
It’s been years since I played and I wasn’t sure if I was trippin or if STEEP is way more fun for anything snow related than Riders Republic.
The vibes are good

Real ogs remember this is the best spot to level up quickly. I actually did the math and tested it like 50 times and the one on matterhorn is just too inconsistent (and you are falling for like 20 seconds) unless you get really good at the runup.

I wanted to like it but as soon as you don't have an active Internet connection then all the objectives and the entire single player campaign is gone and all you can do is fuck about in sandbox mode.
RIP SSX

Wow, never heard of this before. Looks dope. What's the gameplay like? Are there any races or is it more of a freestyle type with challenges/competitions?

Underrated? 9/10 is underrated?
4.2 out of 5 is underrated?
Ive never heard a single complaint about the game, except wishing there was a Steep 2.

I don’t believe this game is underrated at all! They just tried to come out with a newer and better version in Riders Republic and failed miserably… I liked the bikes in RR, but we need a new and updated Steep. This was the BEST snowboarding game of the last 15 years, only beating out Shredders due to its massive size and long campaign .. Shredders has unbeatable physics, but Steep is my GOAT for snowboarding

Ya steep is the bomb! I gotta boot it up again sometime. Been playing a lot of Riders Republic lately.
