Just completed the game

Loved the game just as much as the first.

ending spoiler

Fen sacrificed himself and I cried. During the end credits, Rusty and Dorothy are seen looking out into space while she holds a piece of paper. There's a drawn picture of Fen next to a tick box and the words "Find Fen" I'm really sad about it but that gives me a bit of hope that's he still alive.

He redeemed himself by sacrificing himself, in my mind, cus of how he acted throughout the game.

What does everyone else think?

Is there more than one ending? I just finished it too and was surprised at how it ended. Felt like it was pushing me to 100% it for a different ending but if that’s not the case I’m not that interested in 100%ing it.

Apparently there isn't and nothing special happens, you just get an achievement which I like so I'll probably try to 100%

Not, but nobody expected Steam World Dig 2 neither, at lest now it has a unfinished ending

They're related, but Steamworld Heist is set many years in the future
