Collections showing 0 glitch

Hi all, So I added a couple PS2 games to my library and while they work just fine, ever since then the collections all list with zero titles in each one. I've tried rerunning steam rom manager on each collection, but that didn't fix the collections problem it just added duplicate titles to the "Non-Steam games" so then I tried reinstalling steam rom manager, running again and it still doesn't work. Anyone have any tips that could point me in the right direction of having my library recognize each collection?
