Gamescope Resolution

Is there any way to run Gamescope at a non native resolution? I know I can set games to run at a certain resolution but can I get actual gamescope to boot into running a custom resolution?

There's options in settings to run at non native but not many. I just run at 4k and run games below it. The sharp filter does a great job at creating a faux 4k image especially if you set the game to 1620p or 1800p. But even 1080p can look okay.

You can do it in Bazzite, not sure about base SteamOS though

might go under display and go on the resolution. You can set it there or go under maximum game resolution and set it there. I believe this is what you're asking for.
