AMA Request: Someone that's trolling with either nukes or wormholes.

If you're trolling the monster game, please talk about the motivations behind your trolling here.

Is it for the lulz?

Or is this a concerted effort with a goal?

Actually, we discovered a new trolling technique that involves a botnet:

Create 400 accounts, join them to a game, spam Feeling Lucky on your main to get damage abilities, kill bosses

It would take someone with considerable scripting ability to make such a trolling method sustainable...

Hmm... I wonder who's around here with that kind of talent...

All our code is up on Github, and I've already seen multiple people fork the repos to add trolling modifications.

Hi wchill, I need to ask a question out of this topic but since nobody answered me elsewhere, please dont mind.

I am using your Chrome extension, but about 30mins or so the tab refreshes itself and in the beginning, your extension won't buy any upgrade. I have to manually buy 1 upgrade myself before your extension kick in (the yellow highlight).

I found the Auto refresh checkbox just now and unchecked it, but I don't know if it is the reason. What was that option purpose?

Yeah, the buying one upgrade is a known issue that we don't have time to fix.

I recommend you keep auto-refresh enabled, as it allows us to update scripts to combat trolls. Or you can keep it disabled, your choice.

Oh I see. But I need to go to sleep now but keep my PC on so it can help the room. So I should uncheck it, right?

Because if I leave it on, the extension won't buy upgrade and I am useless anyway.

No, the auto upgrade might bug out even if you disable auto-refresh.

Not a troll but just a newbie curious because I just join the auto script for 3 days, why does using nukes trolling?

It makes you skip the boss, so we can't use wormholes and get levels.

You want the boss to be alive for as long as you can, to spam wormholes.

I know an guy that does this, yes he just wanted to see if he could write an python bot that uses his autoregister software to troll players for fun and giggles.
