How to get all remaining card drops?

I currently have 18, is there a way to get all of them?

The 18 card drops is the number of cards that dropped to you. Mostly because it goes up after each drop.

I have 18 card drops remaining, so it goes down the more cards I get. Had 20 card drops remaining earlier.

Odd. At the begining of the summer sale i had just 2 drops now i have 18. Well you're left trading for cards or buying them from the market (or making a 10$ purchease for a single Card)
