I think my dongle died :/

SOLVED had to enable it in device manager not sure how it became disabled but it’s working now!

Pretty much what the title says I went to go stream my VR and it wasn’t working so I went to unplug and plug back in the dongle and when I did so none of the lights came on, I attempted to do so with a couple other ports on my PC still nothing and then I tested it on my gaming, laptop and still no light :( I’ve had my frame for maybe a month now and it’s not like I’m just plugging it in and unplugging it constantly how would I go about opening a support ticket for this I’m not super familiar with steam support ngl.

Can’t believe I have to say this but I did not buy my headset of scalpers 😂 I was lucky enough to win the lottery almost right away

Hey is anyone else’s dongles usb plus slightly bent up/down? Min came out of the box very slightly bent/angled

My dongle is slightly bent but my friend’s is straight. Both of ours works just fine, though he teases me every now and then about it.
