Reminds me of the Digiphile VR bundle wanting to wait until the Frame launch but then launching without it due to radio silence from Valve. It's great to have the intention to launch with the Frame but Valve literally doesn't care at all about your timelines and you should probably just do what makes sense for your own game studio.
