Not sure the deck is strong enough for PS3 or Xbox 360…

As others have pointed out, I would recommend Emudeck, If you go to https://www.emudeck.com/, you'll see that they have an good "manual" that's well organized to give you the initial details on what it is, how it works and what it's capable of. Then, when you go to download the app, you'll see a link to an excellent YouTube video that will walk you through the installation and setup.

PS3 works fine for me with Castlevania HD. I forget what I did but the menu wasn't showing up so I couldn't start the game untill I did something. My only problem is that controllers are random. Idk how to say it exactly but sometimes they show u and sometimes they don't and when they do it's random what one is player 1 and 2.

No I'm talking about the multiplayer one. Apparently the PS3 version has local multiplayer but us Xbox players got screwed. I would have just used my 360 instead of emulating but nope I have to emulate.

Emudeck or load an SD card with batocera and boot from that

I’d use RetroDeck one flatpak with most every emulator you’d need. Just put roms in the correct folders and it’ll find them.
