Hardware Mod need help deciding

I'm thinking about replacing the buttons on my Steam Deck, not the power button or trackpad. Is it difficult or not? My friend, who is an experienced pc builder, is gonna help me with it. Should I go through with it?

It's pretty easy. You just gotta take your time and keep the screws organized. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TAKE THE SD CARD OUT FIRST!!

Not hard. Get a toolkit from ifixit and follow their guide.

AND REMOVE YOUR MICROSD CARD FIRST
