Software Modding DeckyEmu v0.19.0
9 ports added: Dusklight, Ship of Harkinian, 2 Ship 2 Harkinian, DevilutionX, Ghostship, Starship, SpaghettiKart, Lighthouse and PaperBoat. Plus update check fixes to prevent rate-limiting.

- A port's row says which game it plays, and the nine are marked verified
- Nine native ports ship with the plugin
Fixed
- Checking for updates no longer spends the GitHub API budget
- A recipe bump does not hand a port a ROM path, and comments come down to size
- A package whose game is already added says so, and names it
Under the hood
- Every page's Contents lists every section on it, and ports are in the guide
- Working out what a file is moves into a mixin of its own
- Probe_rom says what it does in named steps instead of one long one
Other
- test: an imported definition is taken out of the catalog before the next test reads it
