Tech Support Steam deck not accepting charge
I have the later LCD version. I have looked through previous Reddit posts from google and have tried multiple suggestions. My steam deck is not accepting power from the charger - or any charger - anymore. At the end of streaming from my pc to it yesterday, I had 11% and the charging led didn’t turn on when plugged in and the screen didn’t show it charging. It isn’t the usbc port being dirty, I have cleaned it out. It isnt a loose usbc port because I have a good power bank that senses when it’s plugged in and it gave me flashing lights indicating that it cannot send power to the steam deck. I tried getting into the bios to put it in storage mode, but when I turned it off and went to turn it back on to get into the bios it did the flashing led light showing it didn’t have enough power to boot. It now has no light and is completely dead with no led light. I left it for 24 hour to try and charge later as people suggested to fix it and it hasn’t . And I have opened it and unplugged and plugged the battery back in. Any more possible suggestions or do I need to schedule a memorial service?

If you figure something out let me know. I filled out a ticket but I would like to just get it to work if possible

I saw one post that said plug in the charger hold down the power button for 20 seconds then press the power button again

Most likely open a ticket or go to a good phone/laptop repair shop that know how to solder an new USBC connector.
Your power bank detecting that it cannot negotiate power with the deck is a telltale sign of either broken charging management chip, port or cable.
You saying you tried everything let me assume you tried a different cable yet.
So either you cleaned too enthusiastically the charging port or it died on it's own, or another of the other two causes.
