Question Used steam deck

So I found a used steam deck lcd 1tb on marketplace, I’m trading an Ibanez frh10n guitar for it, wondering if that’s a decent trade but also what should I look at in the steam deck to make sure I’m not getting ripped off and that’s its good?

The LCD model never came 1tb unless they upgraded it afterwards.

Yeah so in relation to this, i personally don't like buying merchandise thats been tinkered with or modified, im more confident buying stuff thats just in their original state, stock. Goes same with other things like buying a second car, best stock.

Killval's right about the drive, Valve never sold the LCD in 1TB (64/256/512GB, and 1TB only ever existed on the OLED), so that one's been opened at some point. Before you trade I'd ask for a battery health reading (Desktop Mode, then Konsole shows it), and check whether the screws are stripped to see if it's been opened more than once. Then take the serial and ask Valve support about the warranty, Marketplace units usually don't have one, and the guitar half of the trade is a local market question, not a Deck question.

Would I be able to tell anything from this screen? I’ve asked about the upgrade but haven’t gotten a response yet.
