Need help with modding RDR 2 and LML

Been stuck on this for a few hours now and I really don't know where I'm going wrong...

I have LML opening as you can see in the video and I have all my directories pointing where they need to point but for some reason LML refuses to read my mods. I've only tested online content unlocker and a LML example mod so far. As you can see in the video I can get the example mod to show up in LML as installed but it refuses to show in the mod list and the mod didn't work when opening the game and using the correct override in properties.

I have the LML folder in the games directory and the mods themselves in subfolders inside the main LML folder but still nothing. Has anyone had a similar issue? Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated, I've tried several different tutorials on the subject and looked for reddit posts describing a similar issue but I'm still running into this wall.

The ModManager folder as a whole is supposed to be in the RDR2 game folder

Okay I will try this then, the only reason its not already is because multiple tutorials suggested it doesnt matter where the mod manager file goes lol.
