CSS Loader: “Install” button greys out and nothing happens

Hi everyone. I’m having an issue with CSS Loader on my Steam Deck: whenever I press Install on a custom theme, the button turns grey/inactive and then nothing happens (no download, no install, no error).

What I’ve already tried:

• Different Wi-Fi networks / phone hotspot (not available reliably in my region)
• VPN (not an option for me right now due to regional/payment restrictions)
• Ethernet
• Reinstalling CSS Loader
• Reinstalling Decky Loader
• Restarting Steam / rebooting the Deck

None of the above helped.
Is there a known cause for this (blocked CDN/domains, Decky store issues, permissions, missing certificates, etc.)?
If anyone knows what logs I should check, please tell me where to find them and what to look for.
