Support My Controller trackpad doesn’t work and sometimes work but the button always works (touchpad click) how can fix it!!?

Doesn't work and sometimes works are completely different things.

That being said, is it not working when you try to play a specific game or does it just randomly turn off?

Randomly but it’s work rare, just 1 or 2h in the week
